Optical & Thermal Testing

24-Hour Burn-In Aging
Every LED Floodlight, UFO Highbay Light, and Solar Floodlight runs continuously for 24 hours to filter out early failures and ensure reliability.
IP Waterproof Verification
We perform IP65/IP66 water injection tests on all outdoor-rated products, including Solar Street Light and Solar Floodlight, to guarantee weather resistance.
Final QC & Export Packing
A final visual and functional check is completed before each product is packed into export-grade cartons with foam protection, ready for shipment to wordwide markets.
